WOCH-CA is an independent station with a partial affiliation with KBS America. WOCH-CA broadcasts mostly Korean language programming, 70% of which is subtitled in English. The station also produces its own Korean language local news as well as other Asian-American community oriented shows.

WOCH-CA also streams its 930 News, News Magazine, and AAN News on its website, on YouTube, and provides podcasts via iTunes. More information on the station's online content can be found here.
